We understand mentoring as the support by an experienced colleague (mentor) who shares her know-how and/or experience with a colleague who needs support (mentee) and help with her issue. In confidential discussions, the expectations are defined, goals are set and limits are specified. Further information upon request. Feel free to contact us!
Mentoring becomes more and more popular within IMA Germany and we are glad to have a dedicated team who shares their knowledge. The mentoring team is headed by Ulrike Friedrich who also is in regular contact with other IMA countries that are keen to learn more about our mentoring program in Germany.
Lately, we had the chance to do a short video during our autumn training in Salzburg. Please watch it here.
