We understand mentoring as the support by an experienced colleague (mentor) who shares her know-how and/or experience with a colleague who needs support (mentee) and help with her issue. Mentoring becomes more and more popular within IMA Germany and we are glad to have a dedicated team who shares their knowledge. The mentoring team is headed by Ulrike Friedrich who also is in regular contact with other IMA countries that are keen to learn more about our mentoring program in Germany.
